Sake-Marinated Sea Bass with Coconut
Curry Sauce
Excellent Sea Bass served over a bed of cashew Basmati Rice. Includes
Mirin (sweet Japanese rice wine), sake, soy sauce, miso, rice vinegar,
fresh ginger and brown sugar. The coconut curry sauce is made with
mirin, lemongrass, fresh ginger, dry white wine, whipping cream,
unsweetened coconut milk and red curry paste.

Marinade
(Sea Bass or Flounder) A very simple and delicate marinade made
with olive oil, dry vermouth, garlic, lemon pulp, green onions,
parsley, dill and cracked black pepper.
